I love feeding people, I am always the friend who shows up with a snack or at the VERY least a good bar of chocolate. I accomplish this through deep listening, creating space for vulnerability, and blending a delicious blend of herbs just for you, where you're at, right now. If you're not into tea, we'll find another way to incorporate the plants into your daily life.

Change doesn't happen overnight. When you choose your why over and over again, it makes the old version of you a little less comfortable until transformation occurs. Nobody knows what happens inside a chrysalis- it's not a caterpillar or a butterfly, it's a both and.
