Herbal Education & Plant Medicine Workshops

Join herbal medicine gatherings in the Triangle area where science meets story, and discovery is infused with wonder. Together, we'll explore the plant kingdom through the lenses of botany, traditional herbalism, folklore, astrology, and ancestral wisdom.

These gatherings aren't just classes- they're a celebration of curiosity, intuition, and community. Here, plants aren't products; they're living allies with stories to share and wisdom to offer. I offer a variety of medicinal medicine making classes, workshops & gatherings at local farms, community centers, or in the comfort of your own home.

I'm so glad your path brought you here. Welcome to the circle.

Plant Walks

Plant Walks

From April–November

Join me for a walk to see what's growing on in your own backyard. We'll discuss in season beneficial freeloaders aka weeds, focusing on identification, safe foraging practices and how to transform our discoveries into food and medicine.

These walks are always different depending on the location and time of year so there's always something new to learn! Walks are offered all over the Triangle, the information and pace are curated to the attendees and usually run 1 hour.

Each session offers practical skills alongside a deeper understanding of how to work with plants respectfully and effectively. We'll explore sustainable and responsible wild crafting practices, as well as other ethical ways to source herbs for your apothecary.
